Is this a subscription?
No. One-time payment — $999 or $1,500 depending on scope. The site is yours after that.
Who owns the site after?
You do. We hand over the files and hosting access when the project closes. It's not locked into any platform.
What's the 50/50 payment split?
Half when you approve the demo. Half when the site goes live. You never pay 100% before seeing anything finished.
How long does it actually take?

What if I want changes after I see the demo?
Starter includes one round of revisions plus 30 days of free small changes. Standard includes two rounds plus 60 days. We're not going to nickel-and-dime you on a typo fix.
